Who we hire

Roles across five self-performed trades

We have immediate openings for civil construction laborers and hire across the trades year-round. One application covers them all.

General Laborer

Hands-on crew work across earthwork, paving, and concrete. No experience required.

Equipment Operator

Roller, loader, dozer, motor grader, and more for those with seat time.

CDL Driver

Water, dump, side dump, and tractor trailer hauling for our jobsites.

Mechanic / Oiler

Keep the fleet running with preventive maintenance and field repair.

Welder / Fabricator

Mig, tig, and stick work, fabrication, and reading blueprints.

Concrete Finisher

Curb, gutter, flatwork, and paving for skilled finishers.

What it takes

The basics for every crew role

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to perform strenuous physical labor for long hours
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
  • Able to work 60+ hours weekly in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
